Prices

Prices for board per person and day are including service and VAT.

Tourist tax which could be introduced by local authorities for 2012 is not included in the price.

These prices are valid from a minimum stay of 3 days on.

For less than 3 nights stays, a 15% supplement on top rates could be applied by the management.

Reductions for children in additional bed:

Children up to 2 years (with or without cot): € 12.00

from 2 to 5 years: 50%

from 6 to 11 years: 30%

3rd bed (from 12 y.):20%

Additional charge for ROOM WITH SEA VIEW : € 9.- per day per room

Additional charge for ROOM FACING THE SEA with AIR-CONDITIONING : € 16.- per day per room

Additional charge for SINGLE ROOM : € 10.- per day per room

The room is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

For the hotel bill we prefer cash, we take bankomat and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).

In case you leave earlier than expected, no-show or late arrival, the entire amount of the hotel reservation can be charged.

Cancellaton fee:

- until 7 days before arrival date: no cancellation fee

- until 6-3 days before arrival date: 50% of all nights will be charged

- until 2-0 days before arrival date: 100% of all nights will be charged
